Boating

Boating has been a big part of my life. I was fortunate enough to grow up with Lake Shelbyville and a succession of speed boats, and cabin cruisers. Our first boat was an 18' Celebrity. Next was a white 23' Four Winns speed boat. The Four Winns was an excellent boat. I was sorry to see that boat go, but the next was a 30' Rinker cabin cruiser. The Rinker was a decent boat at best in the beginning, but huge maintenance problems made us happy when it sold. We now boat in a Sea Ray 390 cabin cruiser named Acres Aweigh. This boat is huge! 12' wide and 40' long. It offers the ultimate in lake luxury while still being able to speed from one place to another.
